Ingredients

Pandoro plain tree1
Thickened cream250ml
Mascarpone cream 250ml
Icing sugar 1 cup
Vanilla bean extract1 ½ tsp
Ferrero Rochers1 Large box

Ferrero Rocher Pandoro ~ step by step

  1. Cut store brought Pantone into 5cm layers.
  2. Whip thickened cream, vanilla bean extract, ½ cup icing sugar (sifted) and mascarpone until stiff peaks form.
  3. In between each layer of pandoro cake pipe the cream mixture.
  4. Dust with the remaining icing sugar.
  5. Decorate cake with Ferrero’s.
