Ferrero Rocher ‘Easter Hamper’ Social Competition -  Full Terms and Conditions 

 

1. By entering this promotion (the "Promotion”), entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.

    

2. This Promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 years old and over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their agents or any other persons professionally connected with the draw. 

3. The Promotion will begin at 00:01 on 04.03.26 and shall run until 23:59 on 20.03.26 (inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).

    

4. How to enter: During the Promotion Period, Entrants must: (a) follow @ferrerorocheruk on Instagram; and (b) comment on the Promotion post and tag a friend they would like to share Easter treats with. One entry per tag. 

    

5. Multiple entries are permitted. 

    

6. One prize per person throughout the Promotion Period.

    

7. Purchase of a qualifying promotional product is not necessary. Internet access required.

    

8. Prizes: There is 1 (one) Prize available to be won in this Promotion consisting of an Easter hamper containing Ferrero Rocher Easter products.

    

9. Following the last day of the Promotion Period, a draw of all eligible entries accepted as per these Terms and Conditions shall select at random by an independent verification service the winner of the Prize. The winner of the Prize shall be notified within seven (7) days after the last day of the Promotion Period via the email address/Instagram handle provided upon entry to confirm their identity and eligibility to accept the Prize. The Prize winner must respond to the Promoter’s confirmation email within fourteen (14) days. The Promoter shall make reasonable efforts to establish contact but failure to comply with the timelines shall result in the Prize award being forfeited and another winner shall be selected. In such instances, the Promoter shall not be liable in any circumstances to provide an alternative prize or compensation. 

    

10. Any decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

     

11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. 

     

12. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation, this also includes the selling or transferring of the Prize to third parties. In the event for any reason any Prize winner does not take or accept an element of the Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by that winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the Prize. If for any reason a Prize as stated in this Promotion is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.

     

13. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries. 

     

14. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Promoter in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 

     

15. If a winning entry from a draw is deemed not to comply with any of these conditions of entry, that entry will be discarded, and a new winner of the Prize will be randomly selected.

     

16. Any entries that the Promoter considers in their absolute discretion to be dangerous, vulgar, offensive, indecent, illegal, or fraudulent will be disqualified from this Promotion.

     

17. The Promoter is required to either publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. The winner’s social media handle will be displayed on stories to announce the winner. 

     

18. If the Promoter has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the Promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any entrant from participating in the Promotion.

     

19. If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.

     

20. By entering this Promotion, all entrants provide the Promoter and its agencies express consent to process their personal data for the purpose of conducting this Promotion only and in its accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy (as amended from time to time) which can be found at Privacy Notice. 

     

21. The Promoter is bound by the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Entrants can request access to the personal information the Promoter holds about them by contacting Ferrero UK at: data.privacyuk@ferrero.com.
